Are all Arosa windscreens the same colour?

Hi All,

In trying to push my rear view mirror onto the mounting post on the windscreen today, I managed to crack the screen bad enough to now require a new one Word of warning, it took hardly any force to do it.

Autoglass are coming to sort it (on insurance) on Monday. Question is...

Ours has a greenish tint to its glass. Are all Arosas the same, or do I need to ring them again to make sure that they bring the right one?

Autoglass should be able to check against your registration to find out. To my knowledge I know that all MK1 windscreens are the same colour. Any difference may mean that the windscreen has been changed before.

Been waiting three weeks to get Tdi windscreen fitted, coming to do it next Wednesday. Must be a shortage of these around here.

Hi All,

New screen was fitted by Autoglass in Kingston. Great service. They took the reg and confirmed details the day before.
