Trying to track down a Cupra today that's already in the system (cant wait for a factory order).

Definitely require Bluetooth (bonus being larger & more versatile MFD).

Convenience pack - not fussed over, but if it's on the car, then OK.

What I'm struggling with is what colour to go for.

I've yet to see an Inferi Black car in the flesh, so I can't decide how 'lairy' the aubergine tint is.

A lunar grey one was sat at the dealers. The colour contrasts well with the black trim (don't generally like silver cars), but the bumpers were noticeably a lighter shade than the rest of the body, so that put me off.

Yellow and white - no, not for me.

One thing I've noticed is how much steelwork is visible when in the car i.e. around the front quarter lights and window frames. The lighter colours stand out against charcoal grey headlining / black trim which again helps lead me away from the yellow, white and silver.

So, I'm left with:

Red (which is still visible inside, but there is a lot of red detailing - seat stitching, callipers etc).

Zenith Grey

& the 'unknown' Inferi Black.

I just cannot decide.....

Never seen the black myself. I don't personallly like the Zenith Grey. If it is Emocion Red you are talking about, go for it. They look great in red. Ok, so I am biased but for me it would be between the red and the black!

I know it's not aCupra but I got Red as I think it looks cracking. Would have liked the Yellow but her in doors didn't like the idea.

have a look at these they may help you decide, also you could photoshop the bits to make it look like the cupra.

Zenith grey is 'your' colour IMO

To me it shouts "I couldn't make up my mind so went for Dull Grey"

OK it won;t show up the dirt but in my mind it's a cop out.

The Red looks very good from the pics I have seen and the black gives the car a stealthy look, the purple hue seems very subtle to me. The only downside for Inferi seems to be the lack of contrast against the grilles etc, therefore not showing the difference between 'cupra' and it's less sporty cousins.

For me if you want Stealth go for Inferi, if you want to shout you've got the new Cupra to the neighbours go with the red. If you can't make your mind up tell the world by choosing Zenith Grey ;)

I sort of agree with Steve.

I would've gone Inferi to start with (probably because it's only on the Cupra), but I think I prefer Zenith now, helps show up the surfacing and the highlights more, whilst still being subtle.

Red is fairly lairy, but looks good on the Leon 2 for the same reasons as the Zenith (Luna is too light IMHO), although it's not metallic.

the inferi in my opinion is the one to go for, looks gorgeous and really will get all the looks i think, whack a set of SEAT sideskirts on with the rear spoiler and its one of the best looking cars on the road.

Go for the Red or the Zenith. The black is nice but the car all looks the same and the other black parts dont really stand out against the Inferi. I am getting white but my 2nd choice (if my gf allowed it) would be the Red, it looks great.

Having spotted a zenith grey Leon at the dealers, I think I'll lose that one from the list (sorry Feel!) - just doesn't do it for me having actually seen it. Luna Grey is lovely Syphon, but the bumper colour difference I've seen on the Lunar Grey models so far has put me off (sorry mate).

So that leaves:

Emocion Red (I own a Flash Red LCR at present)

&

Inferi Black

Ultimately I guess it'll be down to what the dealer(s) can source as I want to change at latest before end of June.
