Didnt wanna start a build thread as its not a seat so il introduce my new little daily to you all on the my leon build, she says HI!!!
full fat 1 litre engine, ronal turbos, grooved discs and decent pads and slightly lowered on unknown springs. Has no tax or test for the minute and is gonna need the rear brake lines doing before it will pass but i got her for the measly sum of wait for it.....£300! the wheels are worth more lol
plans are still not fully laid out as to where im going with this project, i was gonna drop a VR lump in it and just rag it to death, but iv decided to keep the original engine and have it as a cheap daily with a funky mad twist.
To give you a hint of whats to come, so far i have ordered chalk board paint, a pack of multi colour chalks, about 20 various dub, rat and hoodride stickers, some bosch aeros to get rid of the **** silver wipers and im hunting for some original mirrors. Oh and iv pulled the rear bench out and am fitting 16v front seats on saturday.....watch this space, it could get intresting

just out the back mate in the car park, it is really tidy for the money mate, i could take the wheels off and be in profit straight away so it was rude not too really, gonna make it look mad as fook, might even take the quater window out and sell ice creams from it round inglebash ha ha
couple of more pics when i got the new daily home, give her a good clean up, got the valver seats in, chalk boarded the roof, slapped a few stickers on it and popped the aeros on, first jobs are fetling it for a test and replacing the missing/broken parts such as door lock pins and door cards etc
Also has a clifford G4 alarm that i removing for sale which will be in the sale section very soon

thanks man, should sit a little lower when i get the new dampers and springs on, gone 60mm but tbh i have no idea where its at at the min, but the suspension is shot so needs changing

nice one thanks alot, i have a boring job so can spend many hours with the polishing cloths lol. To be honest over the last few months it hasnt really changed as iv been dead busy, iv fitted some new tailored cupra matts and 2 of them pink magic trees lmao. Got plans though, its in for the front bumper painted soon and while thats off the big intercooler is getting fitted, then a few more red pipes under the bonnet ready for GTI International. Once the expense of summer hols etc is out of the way im thinking about a deep red leather re-trim, should look nice with against the grey

Haha yeah I sit looking at mine all day at work thinkin what id like to do it lol. Taylored mats, very nice, they look tidy when they fit into all the nooks.
Nice one, what colour you thinkin for your bumper? wicked about the intercooler, they look awesome when fitted, but Ive been put off them cos I read in another thread that they are a pain to fit, but if youve got the know how then
GTI international ey, show n shine or something a little more intense? Your Leon will be proper nice with a red trim
Mines the 1.8T cupra, not had it that long but proper gettin into it, it had tints, red calipers, oval slip on the backbox and aftermarket lights fitted when i got it but i have plans for some different wheels, new exhaust (cat back or decat hmm) and K&N or other filter, so pretty easy stuff for now! thts why im on here really, to get advise and read loaads of threads lol

The bumper is just getting repainted as there's laquer flaking and it let's the car down. Just want it looking right for gti as Itl be in among cars which are perfect and I'm not gonna show myself up lol. Not that is getting shown, were just goin for the crack and the camping!
Youv bought a nice car with lots of toys available so modding is endless really. Don't use k&n intake, go for jetex there better and 30 quid cheaper, you want 70mm kneck and get one rated to 300bhp and youl never have to change it aslong as you stay on your k03s. Decat and downpipe can be had off eBay for 100 quid then exhaust choice is entirely up to what you wanna spend, makes a noticable difference like and sounds awesome on full chat.
Once the breathing is sorted you wanna uprate the dv to forge then get it stage 1 mapped, first time you plant the loud pedal you will never of smiled as much lol what a difference. I wouldn't really bother with anymore engine work as the turbo can't flow much more than you will get at stage 1 anyway.
You had the belt and water pump done yet? If not when you do upgrade to metal impellar pump, much stronger. The rest is utterly personal choice, how you want it to look, you have good taste in cars so im sure it will look wicked when your done.
