I know that Sir Arnold gets a poor write up at times but Ive never had a bit of bad service from them. Parts dept are excellent. Car booked in to have stutter/vibration in engine and discolouration of cloth door panels looked at so will post thee outcome.

Im not rumour mongering, but if they ever shut up shop and move the SEAT franchise to Alexandria Parade, bear us in mind!!
We are only a few more miles down the A77, and will give members 10% off parts, and labour!!

Impressed with the work carried out. Car was only in to get a few minor things checked and came back fully washed and valeted (not been done much at this time of year).

Not really had any problems with them on the parts/service side of things either mate. Bought my TDi from Alexandra Parade cos I hate the sales team at Rowan Street.

Usually have the part number to hand when I go in right enough.

Colin, spoke to you before regarding a few things, can your service team carry out a "While you wait" service? Any idea how long the 10K service would take?Won't be requiring it for a while yet however fancy trying out a different dealer.
