The dealer VAS unit wont be able to tell but if they took the ECU out for inspection in the event of a major failure, they would know.

There is a dial surround on ebay for sale if anyone wanted to have a bash at painting before taking their dash apart 
Ive already had a go at my sat nav surround, looks very nice. Bit random but there any good big meets / shows in Denmark? I live in Paderborn,
Germany anbd want to get about (Charlys belgium, wurthersee etc) when I return from Afghanistan (actually serving with a danish infantry company!)

I love the black bonnet and interior mods. If only they did a Carbon Fibre one and at a reasonable price.
Boot install is very nicely done also, although too much for me now I'm getting on....34 in April!!!

what kind of vinyl do you guys use for plastic little rear side window (where door know is)..
because the guy who did mine said that vinyl will come off from inside.. and he aplyed a diferent typo of vinyl from outside.. but it is not transparent as other windows.. slightly mat.. I don't like it..
