Hi, I have tried to reset the service due message using the trip button as mentioned in other threads and I cannot get it to reset, any ideas please?

As far as i'm aware - you press the centre button - keep it pressed and turn the key on without starting the engine - turn the same central button to the right still while pressed, then release the button and turn the key off. Turn the key on again and it should be reset.
