Attn Owners with climate control

Hello, just wondered if this a trait of the AC system or normal.

I have got a 2016 model with climate control. I set the AC to about 19c the AC blows cold dry air, but every minute or so it's almost as the AC switches off as the air gets warmer and humid for a second then goes back to cold again. It does it when the recirc on or off, no difference.

Had a mk4 golf before this with climate and it never did this
