Hi, just wondering how soon your light sensor is turning the lights on, I find it very early, it was a sunny day and even light shade it would engage. Is there a way of adjusting it and also is it possible to do something with " night mode" in android auto as the screen gets dark during the day. Is there any setting that can be adjusted via vcds?

Same on any auto-light car I've ever driven. I don't see any negative. You can never be too safe. My Mk2 leon can go under overpasses etc without them coming on, most other cars as soon as you're in the shade for 0.1 seconds, the lights flick on.

Well I drove Skoda Superb and it wasn't that sensitive at all...Maybe I should ask question differently...
It is the "night mode" on android auto that is coming on each time the car dipped beam is on... Can something be done about that?

I also think that they switch on too soon, i couldn't find a way adjust this as yet.... So when is sunny or bright enough i do switch the auto lights off...
