Automatic wipers

The automatic wiper function is turned on in the infotainment system however when it rains it doesnt move an inch, its same for front and rear.

I am guessing its some setting that I am missing.

Did you also put the wiper stalk into the first upward setting, normally intermittent on cars without auto wipers?
