AXT brake calipers?

Do we have AXT brake callipers on the 180 HP Leon?
Someone told me, but I've never heard about a brand name for the callipers.

Google search brings up some motors fitted with them but best/most high performance one is Mitsubishi Galant 2.5 V6, no mention of Seats
