i noticed in my mk2 cupra sport, inside the fuel cap it says use upto 97RON fuel, (I think) what would happen if i used something like the 102 or even the 99 available?
Yeah would run cleaner mate and according to the facts they give on better fuel it will eventually start cleaning your engine out a bit too.........Thats one tidy looking car you got there!!

Aye they have it in Milton Keynes. Its 2.46 a Lt.
I think the reason that they have it in MK, is that the station that it is at, is just outside the Aston Martin factory.

We are currently trialling BP Ultimate 102 unleaded, and due to its specialist application, it is not appropriate to sell it at all of our retail sites. However, if demand for this product is strong, we will consider making it available at further sites.
Lets hope it makes its way across the nation, but at that price its unlikely to spread far. Many friends / colleagues think I have issues as I pay the extra for 98 RON, so its appeal will be marginal

Im still stunned with the price!!! For that cost it can stay as far away as it wants from me, you could probably buy aviation fuel cheaper, mount some wings on the side and go on holiday........
rather than put it at a fair price and see some uptake they'd rather extort people for it. Is higher octane fuel more environmentally damaging than 95 RON?
According to the BT website the maximum power gains by this fuel is 8% and with a revo it equals to around 15bhp. Definatly not 115 as that will be like having NOS on your car
Probably be good to put in for the odd occasion, I.e trip to the pod or trackdays. Wouldnt & couldnt afford to run it all the time
