driving down a dual carriageway yesterday and the light has come back on! really getting annoyed as to what it could be, as anyone got vag-com round the west midlands area that could have a look what could be causing it?
thats not good mate you replaced your lamabda to which one did you replace as theres 2 maybe got wrong one?
Had my car to a revo specialist and they've said thats its not the map thats not the problem, and they've changed my settings to HB 6 T6 and also changed my FPR from a 4 to a 3 as they said only need a 3 on stage 2 now.
They said that the problem is caused by a boost leak, which is making tha lambda sensor read incorrectly, causing it to over fuel.
Had a look for a boost leak, but can't find one, they did say it was under the battery but can't find it.

wtf, stage needs a 4 bar mate.
Boost leak will cause it to run rich yes, you need to log it ideally or pressurise the system and listen for leaks.

not according to them also rang revo and they said be okay with a 3bar to.
ill do some more logs later and see what request boost is like. did try pressure test early with a pump but was to noisey couldent hear any leaks lol. could try pumpuing with a foot pump maybe?

No yet doing some more logs for people to look at for me and gonna check spark plugs, got it booked into awesome for next thursday to check for a boost leak at thats what iv been told is the latest problem by a revo garage.
Put some videos in another thread to show wahts happening as got worse cant rev passed 3,500 rmp on full thorttle now.

No, been to midland vw today and they say theres no air leek, but theres no boost to the car, they said after doing a 115 log the requested boost is 1.2 bar and the car is running 1.5 bar! could be the remap, or 4 bar fpr .. im really sick of it now, car failed a MOT yesterday because of this problem 
have you got a 4 bar FPR on car at the moment then?

At work at min will do it tonight expect them up about 8 ish which some photos of spark plugs to.

Can you get any log up? My stg2 map spikes at just over 1.5bar holds for a couple of stamps then settles around 1.2bar then tails off to 1.0bar at the redline. Mine and phils are pretty much exactly the same so i assume yours would be in the same kind of range as your running HB8.
Logd would be a good start for us

Right guys went for a spin with the MAF un-plugged and the car felt a little better but i could defo here the 007p flutter boost, has a yellow spring in it ..
