Badge change

Something I noticed today while painting some S's. The S has changed!!!!!

The mk2 has two lines through the S, while my mk4 has only one.

I know this is only minor and maybe a pointless thread, but its new to me

They changed it when they introduced the mk3's or there abouts.

Though they forgot to tell a few suppliers, the little rubber mat at the bottom of the centre console has the old logo stamped on the back of it. As do a few other stickers here like the back of the door cards.

Whats S's you been painting Jenk ?

The front badge on my mk4 as it enjoys chipping and the rear badge on the mk2 as it went dull.

Although a tiny difference, the newer syle does look alot better.
