Silly question alert....What are engine spacers for?
They go under the engine and gearbox mounts to raise it up giving more ground clearance and a better drive shaft angle when lowered

Went to see jamie at moores motors today to get my chassis notch and engine spacers fitted, would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get any work done
Hopefully tomorrow I will put the coilovers back down a bit get it sitting nice again
Got some shotgun shells for wheel bolt covers just to tidy them up a bit.
Will try and get some more pics tomorrow

Not much of a update but went to a sweetshop meet in bristol the other weekend, found some pics online that people got this is my favourite
I need a good camera
Im going to get my old wheels refurbished and use them over winter, try and keep the 3sdms in good nick.
Not sure on a colour for the wheels tho was thinking a bright silver? if anyone has any colour thoughts please let me know

Bright silver looks really good on a black LCR, mine will be going bright silver, but not anywhere near chrome.
Still no update really got some pictures today tho
My wheels are coming back from a refurb next week just got to order the tyres for them, probably going to swap them over next weekend.
I hope to have some better updates soon, I got some stuff planned that should be cool if it works

Had to put the 3sdm's back on for a bit as the other wheels have to be redone because the powder coating has cracked
So I got some more pictures
I decided to try them on going in the wrong direction this time
I made a start on a little thing I have been planning for a bit today and it went well I just got to order something else and if it work I will post up some pics, i looked online and can't find anyone else that's done it

So today I finished one of the plans that I had my plan was to fit auto lights but didn't want to use a universal kit. I found a kit for a mk4 golf using a mk5 switch, only problem is that a golf switch doesn't fit the Leon
So I ordered a golf headlight switch to make sure the plugs were the same and that it worked and it did
So I set about making it fit
With that bit done I ordered the auto light kit with a switch
And got it fitted today
I want to make the fit a bit better so I will order a new surround and make another.
I had to fit the sensor somewhere and I didn't want any thing stuck to the dash or any holes in it, so I drilled a hole in my pillar pod and put it in there.
I'm pretty happy with It I will give it a proper test tonight but it works when I cover it so hopefully all good

I'm just waiting on a set of headlights to turn up then I will set about fitting them
I'm still not sure weather to paint the silver cover for the projector and the dipped beam reflector black or just leave it all as it is? Would appreciate any suggestions on it
