Morning.....done a search but nothing has come up!
driving to work yesterday i notcied a knocking noise! (almost sounds like something has come loose and is hitting against the fire wall?!) thats the best way to describe it!but only happens at low speeds in traffic?!
So when i got home lastnight i jacked the car up, checked the tie-rod to the anti roll, checked to see if there was any play in the front suspension, and also checked to see if was something easy like the exhaust hitting or catching on something.....but as far as i can see everything seems to be tight under there!
I fitted coilovers to my car about 6 weeks ago, which also included the shorter droplinks to raise the anti roll away from the driveshafts, but it just seems strange that this has only started happening yesterday!
Anyone had or heard of this problem......i know its a long shot but any suggestions for places to check before i chuck it into a professional!
