Banned?!

My husband has just created an account and has logged in for the first time and its come up saying he is banned??

Any idea why?

the forum 'doesnt allow' two or more accounts from the same pc.. send an email to m0rk and Im sure he'll sort it for you

it's because 2 people are trying to login with different names from the same pc,it's an automatic feature for security

don't worry - let us know the login he used and we'll set it to save you any hassle in future
