10 inches wide

what.... front and back?? the backs might fit but i doubt you'll get those on the front and if you did the turning circle would be limited.

what offset are they?

6J to 7J is normal. Max is 7.5J for 205 tyres.
You can mount 7.5 or max 8J wheels with 215 tyres on the ibiza. Maybe 8.5J is possible with the right ET value.

does it affect the handling be stretching the tyres as much as that?

they're only 9.25's on the rear, not sure of the front. His car has been off the road for months so I don't really know how it affects handling. Probably doesn't do it any favours though

I'll see what I can find... its a mk3 Cupra, BBS RS's

Edit: This is all I can find online. I'll get some proper pics next time I go to his place

them wheels look like they will give many kerbs an alloy appetite.
i quite like to see tyre stretch but woudnt have it myself personally unless i had a car that didnt perform as theres no point in having a fast car that sits so low and wide you cant drive it properly. but that is just my oppinion.
