I made a post about a month ago in one of the topics and someone said for me to get a few pics of my car up so after giving it a good clean and polish I thought I might aswell...

As for modifications looks wise...I've tinted the three rear windows and painted the calipers red. Let me know your thoughts :). Thanks

i know it could do with lowering but dont really want to fiddle around with that because It'll void too many things for the warranty.
having her remapped soon and a tidy set of 6x9 speakers and I'll be happy I think :).
 
No No No evoy2k2, this has been covered many times! Get your remap done mate it will be the best money you've ever spent! Dealers won't mind anyway, thats even if they somehow think oh.........lets see if this ones remapped.............honestly if they checked every car that went in for work for ecu mods they would have to stay open 24hrs and double their staff!

Oh right, well i wanted mine doing and thought i'd go check it with the dealers and they told me it will effect it. This was friday....Dont get me wrong i wanted mine re-mapped the day i got my new pd 100bhp lol lol:)
 
My 100bhp has been re-mapped since 2500 miles and been in to dealers for 3 services and 2 warrenty claims and they still havent noticed its there. :lol:

Get it done! ;)

Hmmm sound then, might as well get it done! Whats it feel like going fro 100bhp to 130?? Might just consider having mine done then, ive already ad a price, was just the case of geting it done:D
 
Na fcuk it, get it done....like I say how will they know! But, if you do need any work done after you get a remap don't take it to that dealers cos they'll expect it now lol!

well to be fair im not taking it to seat anyways for a service as my mate works at VW, and my 1st service is due in 2months. Yeh f**k it, i'll get it done- whooo hooo ;)
 
Just a quick question....im not familiar with cars on the inside but whats a PD160 intake and is it something you purchase off the dealers?
 
Yeah, its the air intake and pipe that comes standard on the Cupra. Its the intake is double the size of our standard 1s.

Sond for the info a_waugh! Whats the price range with these anyways? Is it easy to fit or did you get it fitted at dealers etc??:)
 
Im sure theres a how-to-fit guide in the FAQ section of MK4 Ibiza.

Prices have went up since i bought mine, so not 100% sure of them.
 
Seeing as my car is a 57 reg, im not sure wether having mods at this early stage will destroy my warranty? Bet yours is quick ay A_WAUGH??
