Just picked up a new FR 184 and enjoying it a lot so far.

When streaming audio from my phone, I can't skip tracks, scroll through playlist or see any of the media information. I use the standard Google Play Music App (I have an android phone) and wondered if this was the problem.

I might be missing something of course so if anyone knows...
Thanks.

I have a MY13 fr and using the standard music player on android I can skip songs and it gives me track info on the screen. But I don't get access to play lists to select specific songs, that has to be done front the phone.

I throw a play list on and can skip tracks with the wheel buttons and see the information on screen. I've not tried changing play lists via the car though.

I have used Rocket Player for few years now. It's one of the few players I found that can play folder content. Every kind of special nice features (start on bt connect, bt volume, song volume mute during call, song names to the screen, etc).

Rocket Player for me. I got the premium version for 10p when it was on sale but it's worth the £3 or whatever normal fee. Great player and no issues with bluetooth streaming that I can think of. I turn on my phone's bluetooth, start the car, and after a short time my music starts playing from the car speakers from where it left off.
