You could go for 50mm shocks and springs?
£180 from DPM on here. I'm on 45mm Springs and they are not that bad really, and at £90 you can't go wrong
Had them on for about 11,000 miles now and they are fine.

Coilovers are adjustable and cost more (in most cases)
Shocks/springs are fixed and cost less (in most cases)
Venom motorsport is also good.

ok guys! the kit ive found is coilovers for the front.....and shocks and springs for the rear? is this correct?
Ive had a little look underneath the rear of the car today and noticed the shock and springs are separate......does this mean coilovers wont fit in there?! its so confusin!!!! thanks guys!!

ordered some hottuning ones off ebay. only cheap but i personally think its worth taking a punt at. the dudes feedback is 8000+ and they come with a 3year warranty. if they r crap then ill get a refund and pay the extra.....but i got a house to save for so everythings on a budget!!

Some on here will slate you, however Edition38 people are a fair few other forums seem to love them. So good luck mate. Think you just have to make sure you fit them correct.

I hear you on that one mate, I've been looking at thes "rokkor" ones (£158 delivered) some people say theyre crap, others say there actually quite good. I'm just holding off for the time being - mailnly cos I want a remap

The thing is, for £158 delivered I'm not expecting good handling, just lows

Purchase some of them off Ebay for £169.00 matey, like you said you don't want to spend loads of money on them, and they are good coilovers!
They handle awesome for 158 quid I got the front of mine corner weighted handles like a dream. Would of done back but I haven't got any adjusters lol
