Hey, sorry if this has been asked before, I did have a look but conuldnt find what I was after. So whats the best budget coilovers for handling? Dont want silly lows yet, (not got bigger loop arb) so I'm intrested in A good looking drop but would like it to handle also. I've heard the JOM ones are very bouncy on the front? So my choices are tuningart, RSI, TA technix, blueline, JOM? So whats best? Some give more lows than others but like I say I can only go as low as my arb lets me. (is that 40mm?) Also how low before I need adjustable drop links? Thanks alot guys.

Morning,

Most budget kits are very similar with little to any difference.

The most popular tend to be the JOM, FK AK Street or Prosport.

As for drop links, anything over a 50mm drop and you'll need to start thinking about changing the drop links or ARB.

If I can be any help with info or prices just let me know.

I ordered the Prosport of damian @ DPM haven't put them on yet planning to very soon but rumours are they're really good and they also come with a 5 year warranty which you can't really complain for budget to be honest. Don't forget to change the top mounts aswell i shall be ordering powerflex ones from damian soon aswell (Y)

Already got powerflex topmounts and new bearings did them last weekend. Other ones were very worn the new ones have tightened all the front up, feels spot on now. Right then so JOM's or prosport? They are roughly the same price...
