For those of you who do not want to install HID ( wouldnt know why though) and just want to simply upgrade the existing H7 bulb,

thought you would like to know that auto express carried out a test on over 30 such bulbs and Philips X-Treme Power H7 won by far, but at £32.99 a pair, reckon you should consider HID, but all to their own.

Funnily enough i've just bought some of those instead of HID's due to cost probably gonna get flamed now...... ;)

Got mine on fleebay for less than £25.00 inc p&p ....

If their as good as the auto express hype i'll be happy enough :D

I've had the Phillips, and they were good, but i recently replaced them with Osram Night breakers, and they are far better. This is for Full beam. My main beam are HID's, and although the Nightbreakers look yellow in comparison, the blue light from the HID's are over powered easily by the new bulbs in full beam, and they weren't before the change.

I have fitted some Osram Night Breakers (+90) to SWMBO vRS and they are very good. Reach much further up the road and illuminate those road signs a little earlier. Yes they are yellow compared to the HIDs at a distance but up closer for when you are near the sides they are a whiter light. Good bulbs. If I didn't have HIDs I would have these
