Bigwill's slammed 1.2 - Sold :( :(

well went to go to the pub tonight, got about half a mile down my road then heard a massive clunk, thinking this don't sound to good, coasted up to a roundabout, tried to pull away to a safe place and couldn't go. Looked under bonnet to find the driveshaft is f***ed. 3 hours to get a flatbed back to the garage and gonna see how it pans out tomorrow. F***ing perfect eh.
 
320 inc. labour, was 360 but the guy thre knocked a bit off, plus I might be getting a trolley jack off them soon :).
I was thinking the driveshaft could of been the speedbumps at crayford retail, but then i saw the driveshaft was so high up it couldn't of been, so tis a relief. Have raised the front suspension about 3-4 turns though to be safe
 
Sorry to hear about the damage mate, glad to know all is good now though :D never ends with cars does it?

Internally mines given me no issues at all but suspension wise it's been pants :p is suppose the million potholes in my area don't help though

Decided to clean out the pollen filter today, thought the airflow was a bit weak and it might also be why the car gets condensation inside. pulled out the filter to reveal a mini-forest of leaves, the pile was bigger than the filter lol. Airflow is 10x better now!

Also for the future, I want to get moar stretch for the keskins when i get the money, they're currently at 195/45/R16 for the front and 215/40/R16 for the rear, now what is the size one down on both of them?

ask suj on here he will know whats best i know nothing about streched tyres but i know the next width down on both those tyres are 185 for the front and 205 on the rear i dont know if that would be much extra strech but i know there both the next width down and the next sidewall size down is 40 front and 35 rear.
