No they are the Standard Cupra alloys. The ones you have seen in most photo's are optional extra's and standard on the Bocanegra. As far as i'm aware. I'm not 100% though.

I'm getting the bocanegra but will be test driving the FR next week. I'll have a look to see if the FR also has the FMIC like the Cupra looked to have when I had a nosey yesterday. Its a strange shape though. Long and thin not like the current Seat Sport one.

Think I might be wrong about the UK spec alloys.
The cupra has silver 17" alloys and the bocanegra's are the same but finished in titanium.

We had a little trip on Friday to a racetrack.But I wasn't "racing" 
It's really nice to drive it on twisty roads,when it kicks you ot of it.And I love the DSG, it shifts damn fast and smooth.
We tried a little drag race with Fiesta ST.I was changing gears on 4000rpm to 170kmh/h,he really had to push the ST hard to follow me.
