after looking through various threads i cannot seem to find a similar issue.

My blower was working fine yesterday then suddenly today its not working. I have took the blower out and it rotates/spins fine. The control panel displays the heat temps and all other required data. However, the recirculation button does not work or come on when pressed?

When i turn the blower on and off, you can hear something happening but nothing is being blowed out, you can also feel heat coming off the heaters if its on full, again no blowing or recirculation.

Any ideas? It has happened before and randomly come back on.

Cheers

poor connection on blower fuse?

Faulty blower relay? (if there even is one)

Faulty connection to blower resistor pack/faulty resistor pack?

faulty blower motor (sticky motor brushes) this can be fixed yourself very easy. I can help you with this if you are interested.

You really need a test meter to establish if the brushes are contacting or not. If you assume that they are not and that this is your fault, then you have 2 options. 1, spray WD40 into the brush/slider/spring. 2, remove the motor, remove the brushes and clean them then refit them and make sure the springs are forcing them onto the motors commutator.
