Thanks so if i swap to bora pd150 ARL gt1749 turbo it all fits, but needs an egr delete at same time.
Are intercooler connections same diameter ? and outlet in same place too so no odd pipes needed ?

Depends which EGR delete you get as to wether the hose goes straight on.

On BLT engine its unfortunately NOT a straight swap to Garrett GT1749VB / VB, because BLT has warecooled EGR and different position of EGR port on the turbo manifold :-(

Straight swap is only when you simultaniously delete EGR.

On ASZ engine it is 1:1 swap, on BLT not :-(

When my KKK died the garage said all of the above about them being weak etc so I requested the Garrett turbo to replace which they told me they did...

I'm now thinking they have put another KKK in if it isnt a straight swap and kept quiet ? (It's a BLT engine)
