BMC CDA Fitting

hi everyone, just got hold of a BMC CDA induction kit, its the CDASP-05 version and can't seem to be able to fit it! its got the MAF connection where you joint it up with the two screws but it won't sit right between the battery and coolant bottle, has anyone got any ideas or someone who has fitted this kit to the car know what to do any help appreciated ..

not yet if it sits nicely between the coolant and battery theirs a 45 degree angle to the MAF whereas this kit screws directly into the maf so its like the battery is in the way ..

cool, Forge hose joiner and 45 degree elbow ordered! pics once its done ..
