Well I will not bother posting my graph etc as the guy kept hitting the kickdown button when running up the Ibiza. So no torque reading, not really too happy I am going to go back in and get it tried again!
On a no load (auto box) style run it was 189bhp but I am taking that with a pinch of salt!
 
You wont get a graph with a shape like that if the car changed gear mid power run as the rpm will drop 500-1k rpm on a gear change..

Even if it's only measuring rpm by wheel speed?

Looks like a gearshift to me, and the operator started logging too soon

Yeah the guy who did mine had the same problem with the kickdown as well.
I thought it was just a case of putting it in sport and putting the foot down! Oh well ignorance is bliss! :shrug:

I am going to get him to try it again, on the road in 4th I can go from 30 all the way up as long as I don't hit the kick down switch.... But it was a RR day and taking up too much time would have annoyed them and people waiting for there turn.
 
***** stirring mode on.....That dip in the graph looks like the dreaded 1.4 twin charger misfire fault. They're dropping that engine didn't you know.....**** stirring mode off*
