well if someone gets one and posts a picture of it then might show people what itll look like:)

and do you work at halfords t-spark???

chris

No, why do you ask?

Also, I really dont see the point in these, other than to 'look good' which after seeing that picture im going to say it doesnt!

What the point in having the paint then covering it up!? Why dont VW just bring out all the new cars with leather all over, surely cheaper?

That picture of the Mk4 with the "bra" is not leather.

It was vinyl and really suited the theme of the car.

You got it, like the polo one, will get some designs drawn up and let you guys know, maybe I can be the prototype??

The grey mk4 was just vinyl, spoke to him at Edition38.

The bonnet bra is used as a style thing at shows and stops stone chips on the bonnet when your on the motorway going to the shows! :D

I can understand the putting it on while driving to shows to stop any stone chips. But why keep it on? It wud take the shiny look off ur car

No reason, I just think it might look quite mean/aggressive but would probably take it off to show off my shiny bonnet :)

Can we have a photoshop style mock up before we commit to anything - the vinyl one earlier looks pap, i think itd look a lot better if it was the same uniform width...

this is purely to stop stone chips ect so when you go to shows you can take them off and show of ur imaculate paintwork otherwise it looks like mine a car with dandraff!

No chance of being stolen as the material goes over and under bonnet and secures via straps into holes under bonnet, check out www.autobra.co.uk if you are not sure.

Hopefully after xmas we will have enough names and we'll see a prototype on mine! :D
