Hey guys

Fitted a boost gauge today and the needle buzzes. I know you can get the no buzz pieces but assume this replaces where you have tapped into the vac hose? Being a diesel I havent tapped into a hose I have a threaded bit in the egr delete?

Plus it goes up to 20psi and I seem to either be hitting that or going over but can't tell, what's reasonable boost for a mapped tdi?
 
Mines mapped
Took it to corten miller and it was PEAK 2.2 BAR
Im sure for 1 BAR its around 14 psi

You can get an inline restrictor
So basically you chop the vac line going to the boost gauge and insert it there

That cured mine anyway

Ive just got a multicolour swoosh gauge
Soon to be changed for a 2.5BAR plasma gauge
