Hi everyone

having a problem with my boost not kicking in properly until between 3 and a half and 4 thousand revs. It used to kick in at 2 thousand and by 2 and a half to 3 thousand I would be at full whack.

any ideas what is causing this??

Vagcom shows no fault codes. I have just pressure tested the system and have fixed all leaks but still the turbo is kicking in lage. New oem dump valve fitted this weekend. Car is boosting to the max of 20psi and tailing off as per normal.

My car is remapped by jabba to 240 and yesterday I had a race with a standard 180 which has just got and exhaust a filter and a few of the pcv deletes etc and he was keeping up with me so I know theres a problem somewhere

any help please......

Yeah no probs ! Yeah try N75 first , or even try unplugging it to see if it feels the same as plugged in up to 3-4k rpm like it's doing , you on engine code AUQ, I also fitted a 008 dv, but don't do that till n75 changed, also look out for the superseded part numbers,

Ordered a new n75 today so we will see if that fixes it. Looking into ordering a decent dump valve too but think ill wait until I have put the n75 on and see.

I have run some logs and I am not meeting the requested boost....off by quite a bit. To be honest I dont really know much abouts the logs data. Any chance youre any good with them?? Have a look at my other thread that I started ghat contains the log data and see what you think
