Boost logs/running issues

Can anybody make sense of these boost logs for me? So done in 3rd gear WOT from 2000RPM to 5500RPM
Numbers second from the end are specified boost, numbers at the very end are actuals.

Forgot to say AUQ Seat Leon dynod at 208BHP with a decat, cat is in on these logs.

MAF readings WOT 3rd gear

My MAF specs should be about 166 and also my fuel trims measure 0% on both which indicates a problem with my 02 sensor, am I right in thinking I need a new 02 sensor and probably a new MAF as well?
