After clearing errors on VAG-COM I keep getting this error pop up.. (Almost instantly)

" 17964/P1556 - Charge Pressure Control: Negative Deviation "

I know it's been covered a million times, I've checked and replaced all the braided pipes for sillicone items, all are tight and dont have a problem so before I pull whatever hair I left out and buy a new N75 valve, could someone just check I've got all these pipes in the right order?

Appricate your help in advance. I'd love to enjoy my car but it's just not happening at the moment! It's superbly hesitant and only manages a mere 21.3mpg when Ian's seeing 30.1 on an identical journey but with K03s and Revo Stage 2.

Even my other mate with the S4 is seeing a better fuel return to rub insult to insult to injury!

Just want to go elliminate this fault before blaming my map and forking out for a Revo!

Cheers all!

do a log act v req - just to make sure youve got a boost leak - check the pipes coming off the n75 -

boost leaks are a pain in the arse - i had one and managed to change hosing and was working fine for about a day or two then started doing it again -

im starting to check pipes going to and from intercooler - and TIP ubt not having much joy - keep updated if/when u find issue

Thanks for your help everyone, had a dig through and just did the N249 bypass in the end to make sure..

Tried Ian's N75... seemed to improve things a little bit, DV is insanely loud now without the N249 and MPG has improved aswell..

its got 3 pipes coming off it - from the air filter, follow intake pipe and its attached to it - it has a electrical switch attached to it - near the pipe on top of the engine bay

if you can borrow some elses is as jNx did - or do a log on it - i think its log 115 or 118 and it shows a percentage which should be around 90% - anyone correct me?

They're not a grosely expensive part, both mine and Ian have got type C N75 valves.

Have a good search about N75 valves, it's been covered a more than a few times. Sounds like a bit of grey area though definately. I'm thinking I might upgrade to a J or ECS but I need to do a bit of research
