MAF is Mass Air Flow
MAP is Manifold Absolute Pressure.....or Boost to you and I.
Both measured in grams per second or g/s

I had a boost issue (Hole in my intercooler / FMIC) so was getting the following results...
MAF actual and requested were matching and crossing paths on the graph. Sometimes higher, sometimes lower than each other but they were trying!
MAP actual and requested we're doing the same, but actual failed to be higher past about 2000 rpm, it was just weak. Sound familiar? It should do looking at your graphs above...
