Boost problems. Help!

Need some help with boost problems.
Sometimes when I put my foot down, I only get a max 5 psi. Take my foot off and on several times then suddenly I'll get full boost. (22 psi).
Also sometimes be at full boost, going up the revs, the boost pressure will fluctuate. (Dropping down then spiking back up ect)

This has happen when the car was stock and after I had the car mapped, forge BOV kit, intake, intercooler and cat back.

Had the car smoked leak checked and compression tested. All were fine.

Plugged in to vcds. Getting fault
P2263 Turbo/Supercharger Boost,
Also Something about boost control valve(Can't remember the code)

I'm hoping the reason behind this is why I'm getting poor BHP on the dyno.

Any ideas????

sounds like a boost solenoid sticking. Go for the code reading again and get the boost control code.

I haven't got the reader anymore.
I've brought a replacement N75 valve as i think that maybe the reason.
I'll give an update when the new one is fitted
