Boost PSI vs Power??

My boost guage sits in between 2-3 psi not 0 when engine off and at 14 InHg when idiling and on full boost is hittin 17psi on the gauge

Sounds as though your gauge is faulty then as it should be reading 0 at idle. Is your N249 valve on top of the engine still intact and plugged in? Also check none of your fuses have blown.
