Changing the actuator will cause nothing but problems and limp mode....as I'm finding out....previous owner has threaded the actuator also when he's tried to adjust it....

Oh and if it's only boosting 12psi on stage one then it's got an issue....should be peaking 18+

Mine peaks at 18-19 psi with stage 1 the best actuators are the standard items for these engines.
if its running 12psi then its probably been mapped already and has an issue. Get it checked and watch the psi go up
not sure about that to be honest on standard map these can spike to between 8-12psi , its where it holds is crucial , should be hokding around 7-8psi mark
Mine used to peak at 15 on a standard map for a day then coil wentm only did it if I was to drive without boosting for a while then floor it lol
correction car can peak at 12 psi on standard map it should peak to around 8-10 psi ideally but other factors can cause t to peak that bit extra
hi i have a ibiza 20vt which runs 12psi is there a way you can turn the boost up via actuator ??? just want it to boost 15psi
yes, u can play with actuator, it cannot harm ur engine, but u wont be able to make more boost...maybe only peak boost (boost spike) and if u wind it up 2 much u will have limp mode..

previous owner told me it use to boost 18psi but he had it turned back down to 12psi it holds 12psi all the way to the rev limiter too cant wait for it to boost 18psi
