Oh sorry I read that wrong I thought you meant when doing the on/off test, you mean the difference in act. And spec?

I meant the on/off test lol.

60mbar is nothing! Something definitely wrong with the turbo if you have adjusted it and it doesn't change, have you tried winding the turbo stop screw out?

I wasn't sure if it was giving that reading because it's a large hybrid, I've adjusted it but maybe it just wasn't enough? But I'm pretty sure from memory I moved it about 3/4 - 1 turn but I'll happily try again, maybe start by winding it right out and starting from there. I have wound it out but I was being told to wind it in by the mapper and supplier, by out you mean anti clockwise if looking from underneath?

Rated to 250bhp and 2.2bar, is on a gt1749vb manifold but bored out to hold larger wheels and was called a gt1860 by the supplier, using the same 60 as the gtb2260vk and uses a gtx wheel, that's pretty much all I can give you, he withholds most information

If it has a 18 hotside, you should be able to get a good low end spool.

GTB2260vk get full boost of 2.5bar by 2500rpm...

Those veins are not closed enough to keep the spool good.

Need to close the veins and leave the arm for the moment. 2.5bar over boost isn't healthy for the turbo either...

It looks like the ECU catches the over boost between 3750 and 4000 so SVBL is ok.

That's a shame, hope the next one is better.

Things like this is why I chose to go for a GTB setup instead of hybrid, newer technology etc...

Easy to setup too!

Yeah there's a lot of work involved in gtb though, downpipe needs cutting, downpipe flange, oil return pipe and lining up the intercooler pipes with the turbo
