I recently purchased a Seat Leon 2019.
It has been in an undeclared crash.
I was not aware of this until I inspected the vehicle further and asked a body shop.
I’ve notified the DVSA and I’m returning the vehicle to the dealer on the 31st under the consumer rights act as I only purchased the vehicle a week ago.
Do I also need to notify my insurance company as I’m concerned the vehicle may not be insured.
What would you guys do in this situation?
