bouncing when ideling

Good day my fellow lc/lcr owners

drove my car today and once im stationed on tick over the revs seem to bounce between 500/1000rpm any idea of what the problem could be

check for air leaks
clean out and reset throttle valve

Mine was the inlet manifold gasket.

MAF sensor?

When does it happen? cold or warmed engine? you could try unplugging the MAF and see if the idle settles.
