Seems like the streak of always being unlucky strikes again..
Master cylinder (correct one) installed, clutch bled, pedal held fine for over 2 minutes with a coldstart, and also returned as it should (car hasnt been driven for over 2 weeks).
Then i put it in reverse, and i already felt the biting point closing in without me lifting my foot, and it became stuck in gear again, no way for me to get out of reverse.. so i guess it is the slave cylinder :/

Update:

Got my whole clutch replaced (+ slave) and it fixed the issue.

Question for the ones who knows;
With a brand new clutch (they used LuK), now the car/pedal kinda vibrates when on the biting point, especially noticable on reverse (since you're basically riding the clutch then), is this normal behavior for a brand new clutch? How long till it hopefully goes away?

shouldnt be any vibration, my first thoughts would be if the flywheel wasnt done at the same time then its now struggling with the grip of a new clutch, other than that maybe a faulty csc or something not been torqued up correctly.

Csc has been replaced along with the clutch, thats why i replaced it in the first place since the csc was failing. The flywheel is not replaced (since i only said clutch). They said it could be because of breaking in the clutch with the flywheel. (Not the exact words)

sorry to say its most likely the flywheel having problems handling the new clutch, thats why its always cost effective to get it all done at the same time so theres not 2 labour charges when the flywheel goes. what you feel on your pedal at bite point will be clutch chatter because its no mated properly with the flywheel, it might get slightly better or not at all.

I thought the flywheel isn't something that will fail eventually, so i thought it would be okay with just replacing the clutch/pressure plate, csc. Why is it only noticeable when reversing though? (I also kinda feel it with pulling away but not as obvious as with reverse)

the flywheel is normally replaced with a 3 piece clutch set, its the same on any car with a dual mass flywheel, it nearly always gets done as a full kit because of the costs to do the job again just to replace the flywheel. its a wear and tear item unfortunately.

you feel it more in reverse as like you say your holding the clutch more in that gear but the vibration will most likely get more and more as mating a new clutch to an old flywheel puts more strain on the flywheel
