Brake lights won't turn off . . . ?

As said above , all three of brake lights won't go off when the car is shut down. Why ?
And when they do turn off they light themself again in a couple of hours . . .


Ooups, it's a 2004 LC.

I would check the brake light switch first, it's up under the dash above the brake pedal. It's probably faulty or hanging out.
