Driving home last night in the pissing down rain and my esp light came on and car started stuttering.
Plugged it in this morning and code 01435 brake pressure sensor 1- g201 not a plausible signal intermittent.
Is this the sensor on the master cylinder or in the abs pump.
Please help
Its a 03 lcr with amk and a remap

i have the same problem and its one of the brake pressure sensors on the master brake cylinder. I took it to seat and they changed the first sensor which is easy to get to but the sensor at the rear of the brake cylinder is a pita to get to and so they left it and said it could be a fault on the wiring etc. Its defo the sensor on the brake cylinder. its not too difficult to remove the brake cylinder but you'll need a full brake bleed after as you'll loose all the brake fluid.

As above its worth contacting SEAT even if its unlikely they will do anything

I had this fault on and off for 6 months. I kept clearing it, it kept coming back but thankfully It's been gone for 6 months now.

Wheel speed sensor issue or a loose wire somewhere maybe.

It keeps coming and going as n when it feels like it. It's doing my head in. I'll phone seat monday and see what the crack is. The stuttering problem was my dump valve had failed and leaking boost. Gonna get an aluminium one.

So sensor 1 is in the pump? I had this problem on a Vw and replaced the sensor on the master and it turned out to be the pump. I know you can get rebuild kits, are they easy to do if it is the pump?
