Brakes intermittent

Had my pads and discs changed and a brake fluid change a couple weeks ago, now my brake warning light has come on and my brakes feel scarily spongey, and the pedal goes all the way to the floor sometimes which is worrying when your driving, and now im stuck at tesco

Hi there.

That's scary strange as a full down brake pedal would mean you have a faulty brake pump or a brake leak (should look for the brake fluid reservoir level not too low) or a brake cylinder (maybe seals gone) playing up.

Have a call to the guys who set the whole thing because the Cupra brakes never feel sponge they are quite sensitive and have a damn good power.

sounds like masssive amount of air in the system, likely with low brake fluid level.
likely a leak somewhere.
the brake systems on the leons is notarious for issues following bleeding.
hopeully its something simple like a leak and a complete rebleed.

SOLVED: the rear calipers bleed nipple wasn't tightened correctly so its been seeping brake fluid since the drain and refill, full liabilty accepted from the garage, with a few perks for "sorry we nearly killed you" gifts

Gifts are good.
Any issue like this is always better to just ring to company that did it.
If they don't drop everything and rush out to where you are to either fix or recover the car....well that's a company living on borrowed time.
Any garage that refuse to fix lol...pay another company to recover fix and record findings by photo/video will not stand a chance in court.

And the company that had you're back like they should and sorted you out double quick.
