Broke something on underside of Arosa

I have a W reg arosa and an electric bollard which didn't retract properly caught something on the underside of the arosa. Is there a diagram so I can work out what it is and how urgent it needs fixing?

It is a thin tube/pipe sitting between the front wheels.
