Hey guys! I wanna get some new dipped beam bulbs, which are white or blue! but I mean white or blue, nothing yellow! I heard Osram Silverstars are very good, and Phillips bluevisions. But do they really look white/blue???

Above is Philips Xtreme +80s vs 6000k HIDs...

The HIDs look very blue (i didnt give them time to warm up), but as you can see the bulbs looks yellow still...mind you they are an improvement over standard bulbs!

nope

nope unfortantly the only real way you are going to get the real look of white or blue is with h.i.d's. ive tried it with osram cool blue bulbs which do give a slightly whiter and are a little brighter than standard halogen bulbs but they look no where near white i wish i had saved my money for hid's.(now just ordered). i have just orderd the these: http://www.car-mod-shop.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=25&products_id=990 for £74.99 and will hopefully be fitting them at some point next week. if all goes well i will let you know what the kit is like for fitting etc and post sum pics up???:)
