I'd say a hair dryer and a soft piece of plastic like a credit card maybe? Just take your time and it should be fine!

Haven't removed any before tho so can't say for sure!

I suggest some autoglym intensive tar remover as it's great for getting rid of the old sticky crap used to bond on the side strips! If they are anything like mine then you will have fun :lol:

use fishing line or cotton in behind it, but as said before, warm it gently with hot air gun....and +1 for intensive tar remover
