Bushes

The bushes on my 2002 130 sport are starting to look a wee bit knackered. The wishbone bushes in particular on the front and front rear.
If standard ones are looking like this after a short period I want to go for something slightly more robust! How difficult are they to fit and what type to go for? I looked at powerflex but they look very pricey!(may just be where I was looking?)
Whats the part numbers as well?

The bushes went on my 2003 130 TDi last month, they were picked up at the MOT. Cost about £270 to replace.
I'll be buying a Honda next time!!!

Im thinking a honda is on the table next!love my beza but has so many little issues!lol.
Was that for bushes all round? Im thinking of polyurathane bushes but am going to fit them myself to save $$$!
Want to know if anyone has had an attempt at fitting them and how it worked out.
