Buying a Cupra R - What to look out for?

How's it going?

At the minute I'm driving a Civic EK4 which has done me well and as times grow on and no claims bonus' are due it means I'm currently looking for a new motor.

I'm looking to buy a MK 1 Leon Cupra R 225 in Platinum. My budget is looking to be in the region of £3500-£4000. Ideally I'll be wanting a sub 80k car, FSH and if I'm hopeful some stamped Recaros.

Can anybody give me any tips while looking on anything in particular about them, common faults etc?
