Now if the fabia was in white.......................................

But i can understand the move the old fabia VRS has something to it, it carries the 5 doors and still looks the business whereas the Ibiza doesn't.

Some cars just do 5 doors well, these spring to mind:
MK4 Polo
MK2 Golf
Skoda Fabia

Having driven my Sport 130, a new FR 130, A Cupra 160 and a vRS... the Skoda is the best to drive out the lot of them, and stands out a lot more too.

Shame it's a Skoda... brilliant cars and I'll admit it's better than the Seat but no matter what argument or debate you get into with friends, there isn't a comeback to the fact it's a Skoda.

i feared that would look a little tacky but looks good an much better than the tasteless plates stuck to the dashboards of some special edition cars

yea its not to in your face. Its got the vrs logo on the back seats also, only down side to the car is doesn't have mp3 cd player or aux or audio controls but has 6 stack changer under the passanger seat.

Wow they really are well specced.

I always though Skoda were at the bottom of the VW food chain so to speak, but the top end models seem to be really top end.

Having said that, I looked at a few early Fabia's and was not impressed by the lack of equipment on the base models. That seems to be where SEAT fare better. Hence why I drive an Ibiza, cos in my price range they were much better value for money!
